Letters From Home

Since the night going into Ranger School, I have been writing to Andrew daily. In the beginning, he told me not to send more than one or two letters per phase, but I still felt the need to put down into words what I was feeling/doing each night. So I would write bullet points (lovingly referred to as my Twitter Updates now) each night before I went to bed and sent a week's worth in one envelope. I decided to make copies of every letter I sent so that if they got destroyed, Andrew and I would always have them to look back on.

As Mountains started for the first time, Andrew requested more letters, so I started writing every other day and sending them whenever I wrote them. I am so glad I have been making copies of them, it is so neat to look back on my journey while the love of my life is off achieving his dreams.

Today I went to Staples and got some binders and plastic sheets to put all of my copied letters in. Along with the daily pages that Andrew writes about Ranger School and sends home, I think it looks pretty cool!

UPDATE:
Tonight (August 10th) I went over to Aunt Loris and made Andrew's "Book" as he calls it look a little more presentable! Hope he likes it!

Aunt Lori and Aunt Mary helped me so much! I can't wait to give it to my Ranger, hopefully in only a few more weeks! I LOVE CRAFTS!
